Delivery Information

At Jacaranda Blooms, we ensure every delivery is handled with care. From daily bouquets to full event setups, we bring our signature blooms and stories directly to your doorstep.

Same-Day Delivery

Need flowers today? We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following business day.

Delivery Times

Our couriers are on the road between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm. While we cannot guarantee specific arrival times for standard orders, we always aim to deliver your flowers as early as possible.

Delivery Zones & Rates

  • Free Local Delivery (within 2km): We are proud to offer complimentary delivery for our closest neighbors within a 2km radius of our shop at 86 Hudson Rd, Spotswood. This includes:

    • Spotswood

    • South Kingsville

    • Newport

    • Yarraville * Standard Delivery Fee: For all other suburbs beyond our local 2km zone, we offer a flat rate of $10.

  • Flower Bar Hire Delivery: For our interactive flower bars, a $50 delivery and setup fee applies to all hire bookings.

Important Details

  • Safe Drops: If the recipient is not home, our drivers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area. If there is no secure spot available (such as an apartment complex with no access), we will contact you to arrange a redelivery (additional fees may apply).

  • Business Deliveries: Please provide the business name and any specific floor or suite details to ensure a smooth hand-off during office hours.

REFUND POLICY

We at Jacaranda Blooms understand that sometimes things need to change. Here's our policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Order Cancellations:

  • We can offer a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% unless the order is already on-route then we will cannot offer a refund.

  • We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered.

Substitution:

  • We strive to use the freshest, most beautiful seasonal flowers to create your order. However, due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, substitutions may be necessary.

  • We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style, maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

  • If a significant substitution is required, we will contact you beforehand to discuss options and obtain your approval.

  • You have the right to refuse the substitution and request a full refund if the change significantly alters the intended message or aesthetics of the arrangement.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • If the flowers arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund or a replacement bouquet of equal or greater value, depending on your preference.

  • We may request photos as proof of damage or incorrectness.

  • If an item is replaced or refunded the original item must be available for return.

Refunds for Late Deliveries:

  • If your order is delivered late due to our fault we will offer a partial refund, depending on the severity of the delay.

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds, however we can offer re-delivery at an additional cost.

Wilted Flowers:

  • We take pride in the freshness of our flowers. However, refunds will not be offered for flowers that wilt due to improper care after delivery.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Jacaranda Blooms is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure your security when providing your credit card details.

We use Stripe and Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) to process your credit card payment. Your credit card details are never handled by our system and we do not receive a copy of your credit card number. Square is a trusted Credit Card processor that is used by thousands of websites to process credit cards online and Paypal is a trusted online payment provider that handles millions of online transactions a day.
