REFUND POLICY

We at Jacaranda Blooms understand that sometimes things need to change. Here's our policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Order Cancellations:

  • We can offer a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% unless the order is already on-route then we will cannot offer a refund.

  • We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered.

Substitution:

  • We strive to use the freshest, most beautiful seasonal flowers to create your order. However, due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, substitutions may be necessary.

  • We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style, maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

  • If a significant substitution is required, we will contact you beforehand to discuss options and obtain your approval.

  • You have the right to refuse the substitution and request a full refund if the change significantly alters the intended message or aesthetics of the arrangement.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • If the flowers arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund or a replacement bouquet of equal or greater value, depending on your preference.

  • We may request photos as proof of damage or incorrectness.

  • If an item is replaced or refunded the original item must be available for return.

Refunds for Late Deliveries:

  • If your order is delivered late due to our fault we will offer a partial refund, depending on the severity of the delay.

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds, however we can offer re-delivery at an additional cost.

Wilted Flowers:

  • We take pride in the freshness of our flowers. However, refunds will not be offered for flowers that wilt due to improper care after delivery.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
